For you other introverts out there, there is much to be gained by devoting effort to things unnatural to us, like keeping conversations going, or minding your expression to create ease in others. You can even think of it as social tactics for mutual benefit.

Not all introverts are quiet though, it may sound weird but whether someone is an introvert or an extrovert is more tied to how they spend their free time. A social introvert is someone who likes to spend time with friends and alone, however they struggle with meeting new people and would avoid a party or social gathering.

This video is so wrong lol. Being introverted doesn't automatically mean you're quiet, reserved, and intelligent. At its core, being introverted is the need for alone time, especially after being busy or experiencing a lot of socializing. I'm an introvert myself and recognize when I need my down time, usually after a long week of work, a party / event, or just a busy day where I see a lot of people. Whereas extroverts usually rely on seeing people / socializing / keeping busy to de-stress. And me being an introvert doesn't make me shy / quiet, in fact I'm pretty outgoing when around people. And assuming someone is intelligent just because they're an introvert is just a cheap form of mental-masturbation. Not everyone who is quiet is smart, just like not everyone who is loud / outgoing is necessarily stupid.

I have a feeling that this video isn't completely accurate. I think this YouTuber strategically added these traits because it's basically something that everyone can relate to and he knew that and he knew it would get tons of comments from people saying they're"introverts" and tons of views.. you can think of it as psychological manipulation or almost like mind control
