I'm planning to pull for her on the next banner, I have a guarantee, so she's basically home already. I wanna use her with my Chongyun, he's lvl 90 and double crowned, working on triple. What's the best build for Shenhe when paired with him?

I mean even if you were to use a main dps shenhe (I am one of the people who do), it's still better to go the same sets she would when being a buffer. That way she can still buff other cryo units in the team while also having dmg of her own.
Like my shenhe can do high amounts of damage pretty consistently while also buffing my other cryo character, in this case, layla.
Layla's stars go from dealing 2k dmg each to 11k each while her burst goes from that 11k to 20k :/.
All while my shenhe is still dealing like 8k per hit with physical damage and 13k on a charged attack. And she's got attack / cryo dmg / crit rate 💀.

Would be worth mentioning I have a c2 shenhe with her signature weapon but still pretty funny.

I have 36k primos with 32 fates, been saving since 2.8 after getting kazuha and skipped so many banners but that's ok. It is almost my time to summon after waiting 8 whole months for her and ignoring everyone else's banner. My dedication was worth the wait and I may rest in peace. (All her artifacts and materials are complete except her weapon because I don't have a single copy of the favonius lance but hope to get one from her banner or ayaka since I'm planning to pull her too!) :)

Dps shenhe may not be the best, but dps shenhe is quite satisfying. And she can reverse melt pretty dang well with chongyun bennett and kazuha. So can alot of other dpses. Shenhe has good enough dmg to do this. All up to your preferences.

can't wait to pull for ayaka I need to wait 10 more days tho (also not guaranteed but I hope I'll atleast get tighnari if I lose 50/50)

Would have at-least compared 2pc atk with 4pc NO(atk)
Blizzard strayer does not even boost shenhes atk and she won’t scale off crt so its kinda useless comparison imo, unless u had some other intention.

Shenhe isn't a dps so building crit is useless. Just get Ayaka if you want a Cryo dps. 🙄
