I once bought a phone called Hotwav (no typo). Got it for $70. Spec sheet claimed 32GB internal. Even when I checked in the settings it showed the whole 32GB thing. But in reality the phone had 10GB internal - discovered that after I plugged in the phone on PC. They tweak the android system to show the exaggerated storage capacity and I think this is the case with this one.

Was waiting for this phone, not bad.. Homtom is also releasing the S16 which is going to be the cheapest 18:9 aspect ratio screen on a smartphone ($70) and then there is the S9 plus which look promising but not exciting.
