Thank you; I’m not familiar with Filipino dishes, but I’m eager to learn. Your recipes that I’ve made so far have been very delicious, relatively easy to make, and have been very well received by my children and husband, so I’m definitely looking forward to making this on the weekend when I’ve got time to let the meat cook properly.
