After cooking a Wagyu Gold Cowboy recently I can attest this mans reaction is not exaggerated. I did a reverse sear as well using Jealous Devil and Cherry Wood Chunks. 2 minute hot sear on both sides. One of the mostly intensely flavored steak I've ever had. SRF's is expensive but it's wroth the price of admission, plus their customer service and shipping is spot on!

I've cooked A TON of Wagyu. I'm going to give my non YouTube channel opinion.
Only use lots of salt. Then some pepper.
Set the pellet smoker at 275.
Cook the steaks until they hit 125. (45 to an hour)
Take off, let them sit for 15 minutes
DO NOT SEAR THEM ON AN OPEN FLAME. NO WEBER!! Wagyu had lots of fat. It will flame up and burn your steak.
Sear them on super hot cast iron with avocado oil or butter. About 30 seconds as long as your cast iron is very hot.

SRF Wagyu is the best beef I've ever had! So tender, and juicy! I usually preseason mine then cook them in bacon grease if I cook them in a skillet, and it's amazing!

I butter mine on the last flip and after I pull them off I butter them up good. prime is all I get here. I never us sauce on mine but I have it for others if they choose it.
