Not unusual with such a long cold winter. Hopefully one day they will update Toronto's systems to improve the threats of flooding and run off which is long overdue.

lol Monterrey floods every time it rains. Literally have to drive to work through rivers and lakes. On the highways. Toronto would comes to a standstill with a little bit of flooding, but nobody bats an eye when we get buried in snow. It's a crazy dynamic lol, cause if Monterrey was hit with snow on the level we get, they wouldn't know what to do with themselves. haha so crazy how we learn to live with certain things in different parts of the world.

You are saying that our city infrastructure can’t handle the melting 💦 from a long winter? After what happened in2017 and now again? I really doubt if I am living in a developed country or a third world country?
