Did you see how quickly that dog took to training? Poor thing was so bored. He was more than happy to give up all the inappropriate "chew toys" in exchange for the fun game that he got to play with Victoria.

Reminded me a bit of a bichon frise. Those dogs are incredibly smart, but if not mentally stimulated, they can be quite the handful.

I gotta say: I love the fact that they made a new season, and they made it different. It's not just a continuation of the old series, but a reformed version with more up-to-date information, less sensationalism, more diversity, and really nice owners.

HUGE props to Victoria for acknowledging that a lot of the information in the old season is outdated, and being willing to change her methods according to the new research being made. I saw way too many people taking the 20+ year-old tv show clips being uploaded at face value. It's honestly just really refreshing to see a popular dog trainer committed to what's right and actually helping, instead of claiming to be some universal god of dog training with infallible methods.

This is what the dog training world needs, if we ever want to break away from the sensationalistic, fraudulent, and straight-up harmful content that is being popularised on tv, on YouTube, and on the internet in general. I'm so tired of seeing that type of content being pushed to the forefront, while actual scientific evidence-based training is languishing on the sidelines.

LOL Vinny's face when he's sitting there on the couch after having torn stuff up like... Yeah I did that 😌

"badly behaved dogs" are normally bored, scared or simply confused.
It's all about trust and understanding.

I have two frenchies, people don’t train them but they can be trained!! If you keep them entertained and actually let them get energy out they are very well behaved

We also own a little Frenchie. I think these dogs are rather easy to train, we had Terriers before and they were definitely a challenge.

how can you let your dog destroy 8 remotes? After the first one, or at least after the second, wouldn't it be instinct to put them away when youre not supervising your dog?

I absolutely love Victoria! 🙏🏻❤️
However, I'd like to see an episode with an aggressive dog and how to train them? There are some breeds that hasn't been featured here yet.

I'm disabled. I taught my samoyed to (amongst other things) pick up items for me off the floor. I started the training with socks, so now she tries to pick up and give me other people's socks if she sees them on the ground lol

Victoria is not just an amazing dog trainer, she’s also an *amazing human being* 😁

Side Note 📝
She is also _extremely beautiful_ 🤩

Yes funny how she uses a high pitched voice to interrogate the frenchies after they destroyed something. The dogs only hear: yeh joepie great job, I am happy like you two.

My dog has recently had increased incidence of chewing clothing, used to be she’d occasionally ruin a pair of dirty underwear that hadn’t been put in the basket but recently she’s destroyed a my wife’s favorite shorts, a very sentimental dress, a few other unexpected clothing items, and she’s started chewing on the little dog sofa we got her for our office. I want to try this but my concerns are 1. Would we have to do this with every item of clothing we have since she’s no longer just going for obvious targets and we have no clue what she might chew next and 2 how would we apply this to her little sofa since we want her to still lay on it and enjoy it but we don’t want her to rip it up any more than she already has. She has plenty of chew toys and we make sure there’s 2-3 in every room so she always has them as an option and we try to get her new ones regularly to keep them interesting and while she does have severe separation anxiety my wife works from home and we don’t ever leave her home alone and take her to a good day care if we ever can’t bring her with when we go somewhere or have someone come over to be with her and she’s never had an incident while we’re out of someone is babysitting her
