I remember one time my lower back was fucked up that my chiropractor had to realign the nerves running down my back with a deep tissue "massage". The pain was indescribable, I'd rather break both my arms and legs than go through that again. At the end of it, he couldn't even crack me. My nerves were swollen and damaged and needed time to heal. He told me he could paralyze me if he forced a crack. Told me to come back a week later to get cracked. The week was painful but nowhere near as bad as it was before. After getting cracked i felt like a teenager again.

I'm my head I feel like he had perfect form but may have been a little too powerful in those adjustments for her density.

Just something to remember when making adjustments, when we feel proud of ourselves or our work we approach things enthusiastically, this often makes us apply static calculated force rather than gradual force. The difference is how much pain is felt in recovery.

If there was inflammation, how can it reduce that quickly after the adjustment (to see a reduction on the scope)? Doesn’t inflammation take a little while to occur and dissipate?

I love the way Chiropractors need to verbalise their anatomy knowledge in real time. Imagine iif a surgeon did that. Such con artists.

I have never been to or seen any chiropractor that requires the person to undress. This seems weird.

I wished a chiropractor would of fixed me before i had back surgery in 2003 i messed my back up worse but when i seen one it wasn't helping it made it worse untill i needed surgery but its gotten worse 😢

It seems your patient has a short leg on one side, i Can see her side bending left when she walk. If so not adressing it may keep her a good patient for life !
If my theorie is right you must have find on her coccyx side bending right and sacrum in torsion left/right.
There are also some adaptation (downslip oblique on her left side) but few therapist are aware of this pattern
