There were early reports saying that Hamas coordinated with other groups before their attack. Unfortunately for them, they didn't get the level of support they expected.
Meanwhile, the Hamas government reports a combined combatant/civilian death toll of approximately 1% of the population. That is extremely low, and shows the amazing precision of the IDF operation, in a theatre where their opponent's military is entwined with civilian population and infrastructure.

The US should not have loosened its sanctions on Iran, which gave them money to fund their regional destabilizing activities. The Iranian people are already fed up with the theocracy.
