I’m starting up an app I need to launch soon and creating something really simple but uncommon. I can’t find any tutorial videos on it.

I don't know how to make a video, but I know how to type:
What is your target audience? Developers, Non-developers? Who?
What exactly do you call NO CODE... coding from GUI?

And please enlighten us what "easy" means to you.
Takes few hours to a senior developer to make it work. It seems like as you always come prepared. :)
A senior developer can build the same app, with the same functionalities and for the same amount of time :D
If you are talking to a non-developer ... that would mean few days and it is still not going to work.
It takes you half an hour to explain, for sure it took you at least half a day to make it. That's not called easy...

I understand you have to promote your service, but providing misleading information is a bad choice to do so, in my opinion.
