(United Nation *Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples* - UNDRIP)

*13 सप्टेंबर* 2007 रोजी *“अदिवासी अधिकार जहिरनामा"* यूनोच्या आमसभेत मंजुर झाला आहे. अधिकार जाहिरनाम्यास १५ वर्षे पूर्ण होत आहेत. परंतु सरकार अधिकार जाहीरनाम्या बाबतीत उदासीन दिसून येते. संवैधानिक अधिकार / UNDRIP व तत्सम तरतुदींचे काटेकोर पालन करणे हे सरकारचे दायित्व आहे हि *जाणीव सरकारला करुण देण्याची जबाबदरी सुशिक्षित आदिवासींनी/संघटनानी पार पाडूया.* आपली ऊर्जा समाजहिताचे उपक्रम निरंतर सुरु ठेवण्यासाठी कामी आणूया. Let's do it together!

❶. आदिवासींचा *इतिहास, भाषा, मौखिक परंपरा तत्वज्ञान, लेखन प्रणाली व साहित्य संरक्षित ठेवण्यासाठी प्रभावी उपाय करील. राजकीय, कायदेशीर आणि शासकीय कार्यवाही योग्य सुविधामर्फ़त ऐकण्यासाठी* व समजून घेण्यासाठी राज्य प्रभावी उपाय केल्याची खात्री करेल. [अनुच्छेद 13(2)]

❷. सरकारी मालकीच्या प्रसारमाध्यमांमध्ये *आदिवासींच्या संस्कृतीक विविधतेचे सर्वोतोपरी प्रतिबिंब दिसेल यासाठी प्रभावी उपाय* करेल. तसेच खाजगी प्रसार माध्यमांना *आदिवासींच्या सांस्कृतिक विविधतेचे सर्व प्रकारे प्रचार करण्यासाठी प्रोत्साहन* देईल [अनुच्छेद 16(2)]

❸. ज्या कायद्यामुळे किंवा प्रशासनिक निर्णयाद्वारे आदिवासी व्यक्तींवर परिणाम होतो, ते *लागू करण्यापूर्वी, संबधीत आदिवासी प्रतिनिधी संस्थांशी विचार विनिमय करून लेखी सहमति घेईल.* [अनुच्छेद 19]

❹. आदिवासींच्या परंपरागत मालकीच्या, कबज़्यातील किंवा कसत असलेल्या व नियंत्रनातील जमिनींना, भू-भागांना व संसाधनाना कायदेशीर मान्यता व संरक्षण देईल. अशा प्रकारचे सरक्षण, मान्यता देताना राज्य संबधित *आदिवासी लोकांचे रितीरिवाज, परंपरा व जमीनपटा पद्धतीचा सन्मानपूर्वक विचार करील.* [अनुच्छेद 26(3)]

❺. कोणत्याही प्रकल्पामुळें विशेतः खनिजे, जल व इतर संसाधने या संबधी विकास, उपभोग किंवा वापर करताना आदिवसिंच्या जमिनी, भू भाग आणि संसाधने यावर परिणाम होत असेल तर *प्रकल्पाला मंजुरी देण्यापुर्वी आदिवासी लोकांची स्वतंत्र व सूचित सहमती* प्राप्त करण्यासाठी त्याच्या प्रातिनिधिक संस्थाशी राज्य विचार विनिनाय व सहकार्य करेल. [अनुछेद 32(2)]
