I like these videos because is shows there are a lot of other issues that pop up when running a small farm. The amount of time, and detective work to resolve problems not related to power, and hardware gives a better idea of the dedication someone needs to have to stay operational.

4:28, Yes, all the rubber in the world wont hold back the water. Get a core drilling team in to grind the lip down so you have a > 5% grade out from under the seal. I had to do something similar with my garage, when we get those north easterly winds off the ocean I was getting water under the door. Might also be a good idea to put a drain hole at the lowest point, in the back corner of the garage.

Looks like you found the issue. One building I worked in had a lip about 1/2 inch lower than the inside floor where the door seal set down into and that lip sloped away from the bulding. In order for the water to make it inside the building, it had to pool up on the inside of the door before it could get in. Seemed to work pretty good. A threshold would probably be more feasible in your situation where the floor is already poured.

When I got my first house, I took my father with me because he was an industrial mechanic and he would look over the plumbing & electrical etc. I limited it down to 4 houses and I asked which was he choice, he picked a house on top of a big hill. I asked him why and he said a house on the hill never has to worry about any major flooding.

At the garage door 5:06 yea make some piece there between garage door and concrete floor, I bet some half inch tall would be quite enough, you have to also pay attention to the edges of it, they need to be rounded or sloped so that you don't yourself trip to it every other time when you go through the door. Put silicone everywhere.

pull back the door into the building, and make sure the water runs of and drains infront of it (and in you case maby also behind it 🤣)
pulling back the door into the building is cheaper then making a steel frame infront of the door, and that frame wont cover wind/rain from the sides.

i have a nice cover because my garage door is far behind the front wall
never install a outside door flat with the surface of the building, for the same reasons
even my windows on my house sinks deaper into the wall then your garage door 🤫

You should have gotten a dehumidifier like I suggested in you last video. Since your resisting that idea.. here is a better one for you. 3 foot tall sand bag wall. Then put lift kits and big knobby tires in all tractors and lawn mowers so they can get over the sand bags

I have water come under my garage door if the wind is blowing right too. I use "pig" absorbent socks (from Amazon) and they hold back the water pretty well.
Also, I just bought a Kubota BX23S three days ago and man is that thing a beast for its size. I can see why you said the JD 1025R is the best 30K you ever spent.

It's always good to shut down during big storms, a quick black out can destroy gear. Usually for me it's a PSU or a RISER that will randomly die from the power surge... worst I had a was a bricked GPU from a black out. That is utilizing surge protectors too, but they don't work that great I guess....
