1:08 The textures here really show off the work, I would assume this would be real tough to render even on a decent end PC especially with the amount of particles rendered.
There are many that would visually "look better" but technically this could be better than games like The Witcher, The Witcher is such a beautiful game although there's always something that an engine won't run as good, Maybe particles are low yet textures are high and vice-versa.

1:18 *freeze frame* Look at the leaves in the bottom left corner and then look at the brick well. You can see which has been worked on more regardless of the shading overlapping the mesh.
*play frame* Look at how seamless and fluidly realistic the flags in the center right move.

2:10 *play frame* The blade movement and interaction with clothing mesh.

This is built on Unity 5. Now we have Unity 2019.1 beta with improvement like HDRP for graphics...

Games already look better than this. Try some CryEngine games. Have a look at "The Atmosphere of Hunt: Showdown - Lawson Delta 4K". And that's real time rendering, vs pre-rendered.
