In this tip, I look at the new web application firewall, or WAF, functionality for Power Pages.

I wonder if any rules are preset in compliance with any security standards. Up till now third-party security analytics were finding lots of issues in the Portal web server configuration that were impossible to fix via client interfaces of which some security exceptions were required by the Portal architecture to operate. I hope WAF will allow to plug at least obvious holes.
