I am a dark woman Lupita toned and each time I went to MAC I was treated poorly with the makeup artist ignoring me because they seemed ignorant on what best suits my complexion. I once went in and was handed a shade darker than my tone and when I returned to was hit with the words "We are busy" so honestly I could care less if MAC said they will customise my foundation because the reality is very dark skinned women have always been left back in the store room of make up factories with shades that usually make you look ashy. It's only now when Rihanna has launched fenny that we have been allowed to grace the front of your shelfs rather than some forgotten corner. For soo long darker skin women have been made to feel ugly by soo many brands. My loyalty remains with NYX because they made sure to keep us in the loop other than that have a nice day we wish you the best in life but WE the dark skinned women do not trust you nor do we owe you our loyalty off to Fenty 🏃
