Can You Create a Successful Movie Recaps YouTube Channel? - Part 1

I used some AI tools to produce a Movie Recap video and observe the outcome of using copyrighted materials in content creation.
I have always been curious about how Movie Recap Channels manage to thrive on YouTube despite a clear violating YouTube's copyright policies. While making this video, I discovered something that is not commonly discussed. I found that there's a way to legally overcome the copyright obstacles and ensure the video stayed on the platform.

In this video, I have shown how it went, and highlighted a few things about YouTube that many people may not be aware of. Additionally, I also provided some insights to explain how these YouTube channels may be able remain on the platform despite copyright issues.
So, I do not really recommend anyone should start a Movie Recap Channel.

My reason is that YouTube may change or introduce new policies that could affect these types of channels. It's best to stay on the safe side by creating original content that you don't have to worry about copyright claims and disputes.

Personally i advise everyone to get on movie recap or anime recap or manga recap. Theyre unoriginal and so even tho it takes a lot of scripy writing and saving images or videos at the end you still removed the part of having to come up with an idea hence the time spent on making videos is low, this means requirement for entry is low, and as we can see for the huge channels out there the potential is high. Just dont have a recap channel as your only channel.

You're supposed to edit it this way: Don't use any audio from the movie. You can use roughly 3-4 seconds of a clip from the movie then make a cut. You have to cut at least 30 seconds before or after the 3-4 second clip you just used. So for example, if your movie recap video starts by using a clip from the movie at the 1:35 timestamp, and ends at the 1:39 timestamp of the movie (a 4 second clip), you have to cut to at least 30 seconds before the timestamp of the clip or after the clip, so your next clip can start at either the 1:05 timestamp or the 2:09 timestamp of the movie.

Edit: I know the safe limit is 30 seconds ahead in the movie from the end of the clip you just used, but I'm not 100% sure when going backwards... like if you are supposed to start the 30 seconds from the start or end of the clip's timestamps. For example, in my example above I said you could start the second clip at the 1:05 timestamp because it is 30 seconds behind the first clip which started at 1:35, but I am not sure if the 30 seconds is supposed to be from the start of the clip (1:35) or the end of the clip (1:39), making it either 1:05 or 1:09.

I have managed two movies Recap Channel all I really have to say is movie recap is really base on tricks on your skill of you edit this includes stuff like flip, colour grade zoom even freeze some parts with that copyright claims is secured if you do it properly and more on your consistency

If someone does something extraordinary we should learn to appreciate!! Basing on your last comment, youtube can't remove these channel or niche because it seems to capture people's attention which benefit the app!! Unless there is a suddenly change in the copyright law.
