'Just As I Am' | Tommy Walker (from Generation Hymns 3)

All the songs from Generation Hymns 3 have been released, but not all the videos... so here we go! Enjoy new material from one of our latest projects!

This hymn was written in 1828 by Charlotte Elliott. It later became the invitation song sung at almost every Billy Graham Crusade for many decades. Literally hundreds of thousands of people responded to the gospel amidst the singing of this great hymn. The title alone reminds us that salvation comes by God's grace, not our works.

This version, like my other Generation Hymns arrangements, aims to preserve the integrity of the hymn's original intent while stylizing it in a way that allows generations to be impacted by it together.

Special thanks once again to Brent Brunson, Bethesda Community Church, and its choir for partnering with us on this project!

This was once one of my most favorite hymns ever....
I still sing it to the Lord in sweet surrender to His Anointing...
Thank you my brethren for the additional refrain, and for the reverence in which you all worshipped. ❤

Thank you guys for your respect and reverence for our Lord & Savior! Sometimes the reverence and fear of our God is not clearly displayed in today’s worship. Thank you for bringing warmth to my weary soul. We live in a lost and tired world that needs, so desperately, what only King Jesus offers and that is the joy and hope of resting in His Goodness forever & forever, Amen! I say, let everything that has breath Praise the Lord. ❤👍🎼🇺🇸

Praise God. He became "The Lamb" so that we could boldly declare it. ❤

Once a hymn gets the TW treatment, it's a whole different thing 🙌🏾

TW is among the top 5 born-again Christians who can ACTUALLY play the guitar. He was a graduate of Musicians's Institute. No surprise.
