I’m waiting on another reply since they left it open, but from the looks of it they are removing it for the time being. I personally believe is that they believe it is being abused and will change or remove it for the future.

So far all we know is that it seems that it is a bug or Microsoft is testing something with the feature of sharing family points so all we can do is send support request to get it back and wait cause that’s all we have been able to find out for now.

It hasn’t been confirmed to be canceled on the contrary, but so far no fix so something is up in my opinion and we shouldn’t just stay quiet or else I think 💭 they might make away with it.

There is no community tab, it only shows "Earn" "Redeem" "Status" and "Winners"

Heard from a personal friend who works for Microsoft told me people were exploiting it by making multiple accounts and transferring points to there main account, Microsoft didn't want to start banning people so removed it it's not a bug and my friend Said will probably never return on xbox..

Alright, so unfortunately, im pretty sure they discontinued the feature, I contacted support, nearly a week ago, and just now got this response,
"Regarding why you can no longer give points to family members, please be informed that as we continue to evolve and reach new grounds, there are features that we decide to discontinue until further notice.

The program will have new exciting features to be launched in the near future. We appreciate your support in our past offers and we are hoping that you’ll continue to support us in our future endeavors."
So yeah I think the feature is dead for a while 😔😔😔😔

Great vid but I have one issue, when I’m on the rewards dashboard, there is no tab that says community it just has a couple others but not community. If you know why that would be helpful.

They toke out the community thing in microsoft rewards and familys in microsoft rewards so how to send points to our other account when they toke out those stuff
