For tip #1, if you enable the Header row on the simple table first, it will then properly respect those headers when you convert to a database (instead of adding them as an entry in the new database)

Thanks for your tutorials, you helped me catch up with Notion and convince my research lab to use it as our goto platform for project management, documentation, etc. For tip #1, you forgot to change the type of columns 2 and 3 (they should be numbers). Speaking of which, I wonder if there is a way to have AI set the type correctly.

You say "Use Notion AI with Save to Notion"...but you're not actually using it WITH Save to Notion. You're just running the AI command on a block of text. Would be helpful to see how to set up an automation where Saving to Notion triggers an AI command without a manual process.
