I’m sure they’ve done their calculations and due diligence but personally I feel that they over priced the units. The market for these properties will be limited to out of state consumers looking for a vacation home in Vegas. Even then they will have less expensive options being Waldorf as my first choice. Additionally, time is important to the wealthy who can afford these units. The location places them away from the strip on average of 30mins. Locals would definitely purchase a house with comparable strip views instead of these condos.
