Aww the brother achieved his goal. I remember I did a similar thing. I was at one of these fashion show as a school trip. And there was this pageant program you can sign up for and all my friends thought we should do it all for jokes so we all got our photo taken and sign up a form. Weeks later I got a letter saying I got through the first round and honestly I was just shocked but I ended up leaving it cuz I can’t imagine myself being in something like that and modelling. Plus I’m really short I don’t think I would have what it takes. It was never something I was interested in and I was just doing it for laughs.
