Somebody left ten 45 pound plates on a leg press one time at my gym and the gym staff was a young girl who probably weighed all of 100 pounds. She just came straight to me in the free weights area and asked if I could help because "it's really a lot for me"
I told her I would do it all, and she still mentions it over two years later. A little kindness can stretch a long way.

This is really no joke. At my gym there were a bunch of 25kg plates left on the leg press machine. A middle-aged woman wanted to use it and tried unracking them. One dropped and fell on her foot breaking it.

I pick up other people's weights and rerack and rearrange them in every gym I've ever been a member in. It's how I keep my house, my car, and I need the gym to be organized too. So I just do it myself.

I’ve worked at 2 gyms in different states and this is literally one of the BIGGEST issues we’ve dealt with. You the only person strong enough to pick ts up 😭 Just put it back bro you know there’s only two girls working here rn.
