You mean the cross-hair? It's MeltyMap'sMathMod. I've just changed some sttings of it in the game settings menu. There's also a mod for tank icons - Pog's contour icon mod, a mod for damage panel with angle indicator and fire alarm by GambitER, sixth sense with voice and guns sounds mod - Historical Realism Gun Sounds Mod v1.81. I use some other mods too. Ask if you have any questions :)
