How to make Salted Egg Yolk Pasta

a Swerve HOW TO video, on making your very own Salted Egg Yolk Pasta! Mixing that Asian flair, with Italian gourmet.

INGREDIENTS:
Pasta (spaghetti) 100g
Salted Egg Mayo (2-3 tbsp)
1 egg
Parmesan Cheese (1/8 cup)
Black Pepper
Bacon
Olive Oil

HOW TO:
Whisk together egg yolk, pepper, parmesan, and salted egg mayo in a bowl (add ingredients to taste).

Bring a pot of water to boil, and add in 10 g of salt/litre of water. Once water boils, throw in pasta...gently.

Heat up pan and add olive oil. Fry the chopped up bacon in pan until crispy. You can choose to sop up access oil with a kitchen towel if too much. Just don't burn that kitchen towel! Turn off heat once bacon is done.

When pasta reaches al dente, throw in pasta into pan and toss the spaghetti to coat it in the bacon and oil. Pour salted egg mixture into pan and combine until spaghetti is completely coated.

i've been looking for this recipe for about 8 months!!! i tried it once when i was in small cafeteria in chinatown back in Milan. Thank you so much! (since they didn't speak english and i didn't speak Italian or mandarin i never knew what i was eating lol)
