मेने मकान बेचने के लिए पार्टी से अनुबंध करवाया था परंतु क्रेता आज दिनांक तक रजिस्ट्री करवाने के लिए नही आया एग्रीमेंट की पर 28/02/2022 तक रजिस्ट्री करवानी परंतु नही करवाई मेने वकील द्वारा नोटिस भिजवा कर 7दिवस की अवधि दी फिर भी वो रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस पर नही आए और हम पूरे दिन वही थे फिर हमने जाहिर सूचना भी दी
आगे मार्गदर्शन दे अब किया में अब घर दूसरी पार्टी को बेच सकता हु किया
