My 11-year-old son has Maloclussion Class 3. We have seen 2 orthodontists recommending different treatments. One recommends Reverse Pull Headgear combined with a Palatal Expander. The other orthodontist recommends a Sagittal Appliance followed by braces. I'm very confused and don't know who's advice to follow. I think it will be difficult to convince my son to wear the Reverse Pull Headgear 14 hours per day for 12 months. For that reason, the Sagittal Appliance is more appealing. But what is best?
