For many with eczema, dust mites can be a trigger. Dust Mites love humid warm environments so leaving the bed unmade may dry them out. Dust mite protectors and washing bedding regularly in hot water cycle will also help keep them out of your bed at night.

How do unmade beds make them dry out? Our heat gets trapped under ?

Hot water is useless if you use the dryer

Don’t use a hepa filter in your ac or you will be buying one very soon it puts a lot of strain on your ac. But if it’s a health issue then I guess you will have to weigh it out see if you can afford a $10, 000 ac
