Another fantastic Fats Waller tune which I'd not heard before - he wrote many that he sold on when he was hard up and which became hits under somebody else's name.

Another song I can add to my favorites. Songs like these make me happy 😊. A question though: Where do the altered lyrics originate from? I think 'that's when I was your lover, now baby you just found another' works so much better than the original 'that's when I was a novelty' which didn't sound quite right to my ears.
