I always went in for the back part of the LEGO version leading to some pretty bent over brick separators. I didn't even know Mega Construx made one too.

I feel like having access to both is quite handy.
Same reason I have ~18 paintbrushes despite using the same 3 almost constantly. Because sometimes they can do what my regular ones can’t.

I like the Mould King one the best. It has the hammer attached for pounding large plates together without breaking them

I use the tapered end of the LEGO separator to get into spaces like that. Works perfectly

When I was a kid back in the late 90's, I used a stake knife to separate flat 2x2 pieces that were stuck together. No idea how I never severely hurt myself.
