the output y(t) depends on a future data x(t+1), therefore the system is dynamic( memory)

y(t)=x(t+1)+x(t), dynamic=output depend to the future or pass input, x(t+1) is future input but x(t) is present input. only x(t+1) have the relationship, so it is dynamic
