Love this sculpt and for awhile couldnt pull the trigger on spending the just shy of 100 USD for one model it costs here, but I finally was able to find one on ebay for $70 usd including the international shipping. For that price I can swallow it without instant buyers regret. Now I just need to hold over my excitement for the 30 days it will take to arrive by watching videos like this.

Great Buy!
The Storm Raven is the best flyer in 40k due to the various roles it can fill.
I support mine with a Stormtalon or two and they usually make their points back within a turn, after which they harass the enemy.

Hurricane Bolters are a must. For 30 points you basically have the firepower of a whole Tactical Squad. Very useful late game when troops are guarding objectives as you can zoom over and shoot them away.

I think its better to have a Icarus lascannon than the QuadGun to kill a flyer its just 1 shot but str9 ap2

the wings look like they should be more forward maybe central because it looks to bulky up front but kinda cool anyway

nice video :) is there any chance you will be able to do a UK legal carry knife giveaway? (something like the spyderco bug or grasshopper?) aswell can you please post some links to UK websites where you can buy a cheap spyderco grasshopper because i have been looking around and can only find it on sale for £28... cheers :)
