1300HP DATSUN with a 2 Rotor 13b | Vincent Valera

If you are a long time subscriber or know the types of vehicles we typically have here at FuelTech, you'll know we get vehicles rolling through our shop doors with some of the biggest and baddest engines around. Today's vehicle might not be the biggest, but its definitely a bad ass one!

Vincent Valera brought us his 1972 Datsun 1200 built by Extreme Auto Restoration to put on our Hub Dyno and get the 2 Rotor 13b Engine dialed in. This car is outfitted with our FT600 EFI System, NanoPro, FT 720lb/h Injectors, CDI Racing Ignition Coils, and many more FT Products!

With so many crazy 20B, 26B, etcB, I still can't get enough of a high powered and well built 13B. The others do certain things better, but these are still valid and hold their ground in performance and dear God that sound. That hard gurgle that sounds like it's dying, then comes alive truly like the angriest set of pissed off bees inside a hot metal box... WITH a turbo on top. The 13B ain't going away any time soon.

For a what looks like a mostly steel car that roughly weighs 1320lbs w/a estimated 69’ wheel base powered by a 1L w/a turbo almost as big as the engine&shoots huge flames🤘🏽
