World leaders are in Thailand for their third back-to-back summit this week amid rising geopolitical tensions. The 29th APEC Summit, which opens on Nov 18, seeks to promote regional economic integration. The global energy crisis and supply chain disruptions are expected to top the agenda. All eyes are also on the first in-person meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. Territorial disputes and tensions over Taiwan are expected to dominate their talks.

In front, all smiles, hand shakes and hugs.
Behind, sanctions and launching military drills.

I don't get what this reporter was saying about Japan is going to remind China about N. Korea missile launches. The missiles didn't come over to China, right? N. Korea is an independent country and a member of UN. If Japan or any other country have problem with them, they should talk to N. Korea directly. After all when US, S. Korea and Japan launched joint military exercises targeting N. Korea, which is why N. Korea is launching those rockets, S. Korea or Japan didn't consult with China either, right?

Chinese and Japanese culture exchange began from Han Dynasty (202 BC – 9 AD, 25–220 AD). But may be earlier as Qin Shi Huang (Chinese: 秦始皇; 259–210 BC) sent Xu Fu with 3000 boys and 3000 girls to Japanese islands. After Xu Fu embarked on a second mission in 210 BC, he never returned.

China brings peace, development, construction, cooperation and friendship. Most of what the United States brought were splits, infighting and even wars.

There was a summit meeting of the world's second and third largest economies, which, as expected, the West completely ignored.
Although there is a lot of fuss about Xi Jinping and Canada's Trudeau talking.
For a long time, this was the view of the world created by Christian whites in the West, and that era is over. China, India, Japan, and Asia must reconsider their history from Western colonialism from an Asian perspective.

From StopKillingDonbass:
"The first demonstration against arms supplies to Ukraine, as well as against NATO and for dialogue with Moscow, took place in the Spanish city of San Sebastian.
Despite the bad weather, Spanish citizens took to the streets to speak out against Ukraine's armament and against European weapons being used to kill civilians in Donbass."

What is the issue with Taiwan from the Japanese perspective? Taiwan is a part of China, therefore, it's a China internal affair.

Xi's words to Kishida re bilateral relations hinge on history n Taiwan.
Meaning Chinese havent forgotten about WW2, Japanese colonisation of Taiwan and other Japanese agressions

China should ask Japan: You said you want to 'defend' Taiwan from me like in 1895 again?
