Class 3 doesnt have a throttle. Its a class 2 thats capable of unlocking to go over 20mph.

I need help. I bought a Himiway and received it 2/15/21. All good out of the box and for 3 rides. On my 4th ride lost all power had to walk it home. After checking all connections and finally getting to tech support it was determined controller was the problem. I paid $99 to have a new controller. It has been 11 days and my controller has not been confirmed for delivery. Please help.

I've read that unlocked the Himiway Cruiser could max out at 32-33 mph but recently Himiway has cut back on that maximum speed. I was considering the Cruiser because I want to run it unlocked in open areas where laws don't apply. Anybody got any info about that?
