DIY 1 Person Concrete Slab / Pad (PART 2) - Aged Weathered to Blend with Old Existing Slab/Pad
Показать описание
In the second part of the concrete pad project Adam tries to learn the lessons from Part 1. He starts early in the day and covers all outside surfaces to guard from concrete splatter. He also has a cover ready for rain and this proves handy later in the day when unexpected rain sets in. His concrete mixing bag breaks which ends up being a good thing as he then compares it to mixing concrete in his wheelbarrow that he finds preferable. He follows similar techniques with the concrete finishing to Part 1. Towards the end of the video he breaks down his overall costs in New Zealand Dollars. He also explains the use he has come up with for the old concrete helping to infill and retain a subsiding bank. Then he declares the hot tub or spa pool open for business!
