Use the Create-a-Map Wizard to geocode/pinmap your data with the link option. Now when you modify your Excel file or SQL Server File by adding and deleting records/rows (e.g., new customers in a ZIP Code that had none and where sales values change for others), then the map is automatically updated to show points where there were none and sizes increase where sales increased.
