Hello. Outsourcing means that I, as a specialist, am externalised to the client company to perform their task. After the project is finished and the job is done, either the mother company says :I don't need you anymore so I will be without job...or the mother company will provide me another project to work ...So in an outsourcing company, as an employee, you will have much dinamism and you will have stress rather than in a traditional company where once you learnt the process, it becomes a routine and you will do day by day the tasks in no stress...Am I right?
