Rishi Sunak was faced with a savage heckler who referenced the viral lettuce at today's PMQs (9 November), as the prime minister tried to explain how the government were creating jobs in Britain.

“That is how we support strong public services and that’s what you will get with a Conservative government," Sunak said, before the Heckler chimed in: "Bring the lettuce back!"

Sunak learned a few bad lessons from Johnson He rarely answers the questions, changes the subject, diverts to irrelevancies and hurled accusations like there is no tomorrow. Really just a change of face

The PM's many years of apple-polishing has gained him some lettuce.

This was a bit like Fawlty Towers don't mention the war. But for the tories, it's don't mention Jeremy Corbyn especially to Sunak.

Why do the members of the British Parliament shout, make such a noise and disrupt the prime minister by making comments during the speech?

1.Because they are as rude as the PM.

2. Because they are as selfish as the PM.

3. They are not the slightest bit interested in having a meaningful debate. Neither is the PM.

Lol lettuce wouldn't win... inflation moving down, real wage growth going up, stock market looking up, gb/usd getting stable... I would bet against the lettuce.

Did he take a break from selling poppies for this rubbish? He was much more useful standing at the tube station.
