It's very hard to say right now, but when you're searching all those old mines and shafts, you can trust your nose. after a period of almost 4 months you would smell in such narrow and closed rooms where there was no wind from an extremely large distance whether there was a person. A trained sniffer dog would be very helpful, it would strike immediately or find everything human that is in these shafts no matter what distance. I’m telling you man-the world we live in these days can really make you question humanity. I applaud the two guys who haven’t let the negative peoples remarks keep them from pushing forward and looking for Dylan. I can’t imagine what his family has been through as I know this case hasn’t been handled well. Thanks for helping Ty and Lance search. I have been watching since they started. I can answer some of the questions people have been asking.
1) The pond on Dylan’s farm was drained and checked early on.
2) The cabin on 10 acres with the burned out trailer happened about a year before Dylan went missing.
3) The mines they are checking is halfway between Dylan’s location and Brenners 10 acres. They are all very close to roads. And have vertical shafts.
4) Every place Ty and Lance search, mines, washes, an old railroad grade, the new railroad grade. They record their GPS location. They also looked at a gravel pit and wash. Brenners best friend leased that gravel pit. And sells gravel to the state for road work.
There is still so many places to search.
Both men made an agreement early on to work together in the search. They both made the stipulation that they would not except the families reward.

Oh man. This case has been on my mind and heart since it began. I've been waiting for an update for awhile. I've watched many interviews his parents have done and it's heartbreaking knowing that LE has completely botched this case. I, unfortunately don't believe that Dylan is still alive but his family still needs justice so thank you for doing this search once again.

This case just breaks me. Such a promising future for this young man. He’s so driven with an entrepreneurial spirit no one could break. I truly hope he’s found alive, but as the days pass, I just hope he’s found. My heart aches for his poor mother and I want to give her a huge hug! I have a son the same age as Dylan and I couldn’t imagine being in Candice’s shoes. No family should have to go through this. Thank you so much for doing all you can to help. Also, thank you to the other men out there working tirelessly to find Dylan.
