Maxime Bernier invited to join federal leaders debates

People's Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier has been invited to participate in the English and French debates that will be televised in October. Bernier was not originally among the leaders asked to participate by the official Leaders' Debates Commission.

There is value in having a party willing to talk about reforming equalization payments and immigration, disbanding the dairy and poultry cartels, and committing to a real internal free trade agreement within the country.
