Ingredients:
Ground nut
Red Chilli
Garlic
Salt
Oil

Preparation:
Roast dry red chilies for few seconds and allow these to cool down. In a blender, add dry red chilies, rock salt (regular salt is fine too) and make into coarse powder. Add roasted peanuts (dont remove all the skin), garlic with skin on and blend for few seconds. Add red chili powder and blend to a coarse powder. Podi stays fresh for few days, Enjoy.
