Step 1: practice jumping and tucking
Step 2: practice jumping back in to a mattress while jumping and tucking
Step 3: practice jumping high
Step 4: go onto trampoline and swing your arms down by your knees then jump as high as you can
Step 5: try doing that but his time with a mattress on the trampoline and jumping on to the mattress
Step 6: try going for it! Remember when your are going into the back flip, to swing your arms down by your knees and then over your head while you are going backwards. While your hand are over your head you want to lean back and grab your legs pulling them quickly to your landing.
Step 7: remember to look for your landing!

I know how to what your doing wrong is that when you are doing well trying to do a backflip you force your head back before you go in that formation of the backflip you wanna keep doing the drills you were doing and then you will start to get better and trust yourself then when you keep watching drills on how to do a backflip and you learn how to do it on a trampoline, get a mattress kinda like a medium/small and put your feet on the end of the mattress, so you can get a high jump and you don't really have to worry about jumping to high and the you will just start getting better and you can also get a bouncy mattress and just jump on there and do the backflip and when you land the backflip you can start doing it on ground. And remember your gonna fail a lot but always believe in your self. Stay juicy🤘 hope you take my advice❤️ huge fan btw

Hi guava You need to tuck in the air and go as small as and jump as high as you can if you want to rotate fast enough to do a backflip

Hey Roi I can do a back flip and I'd love to teach u but I live in New England😞😞😞 Just 1 pointer I would suggest aiming for a round off back tuck/flip it will help you stop doing the side thing and it builds up momentum.
