I would say, eat fish, not fish oil. Fish oils capsules always contain vitamin E or some other strong antioxidants, which will mitigate the effects of the workout.

That's interesting. I usually have shrimp or lean fish right after my resistance training, then have salmon later.

Excellent to hear! I've been taking nutritional yeast post workout for a while now. Because of its rich source of aminos post workout as well as b vitamins that all help support recovery and neurotransmitters. Turns out its also high lysine ;) Will now add in omega 3s

This is amazing, before watching your video, earlier this week, I felt I needed to combine omega 3, collegen and plant protein and amazingly I eated less protein this week because of that. I saw your video just now. It is cool when the science actually ends up backing your instinctual choices.

This is not a dis at t Delaur per se but all of you watchers if you actually want to feel comfortable with your body which should be the ultimate goal do not watch any of these you tube fitness gurus they will only screw up your body in the long term speak to a professional about normal eating habits and a therapist about feeling comfortable with yourself that is all you should be doing spending extra time watching unlicensed individuals contradicting themselves and providing cherry picked science from biased research will lead you down a hole that will be hard to get out of trust me again no offense to t delaur I think he means well but for the sake of the watchers please just don't

Totally destroyed right hand side ligament's/Tendon's, in hip/arse.

Maybe operation can help? The pain don't stop throbbing without taking paracetamol then eat something then 1HR later hit the Neurophen this keeps it good for 8 hrs to sleep.

When using Omega-3s with Luecine, Creatine, Carnitine, and Zinc for recovery and protein synthesis do you recommend Acetyl L-Carnitine or L-Carnitine L-Tartrate?

At the end, about breaking fast, for weight loss or muscle building, is not that important if you have little fast breaking foods in a long fast, because most studies were done doing exactly that, a few ones that showed no metabolic impact what with normal calories in regular days and up to 500 in fasting days, and others like that, so, for most purposes, it is ok if in your fasting days you do this, is a fat, it wont raise insulin and is not likely to trigger hunger, is a little, so is only a few calories, definitely way under the 500cal that were tested in most studies. I have been doing IF and using chia to keep keto rash from appearing, it was at first to keep my gut ok during a long fast, then I discovered that other effect, so now I eat chia everyday, fasting or not, and I have had good results with this, actually I think it has gone better than just 0cal fasting. More research needed.

Can't forget about vitamin C so the collagen can do it's thing. But it's anti inflammatory so tread carefully on the dose?
