I would really like to know why you chose to change the set. Then new set looks so dead. Maybe it's the lighting that's not as good, or maybe it's the colors. The grey and the light blue makes it look like just a piece of cardboard. And because there isn't really any shadows or any indication of how far back the beckground is the whole thing looks really flat.

The old one was much more vibrant and cozy. And now that I think about it it may be distracting to some people but for me atleast, that was never the case.

I think cranking up the lighting a bit might help a lot on the feel. Although I see how it could be a bit difficult, considering the background being flat and ready to reflect or catch shadows.

Just a thought!

This study was published 2 days ago (it's linked to in the description), and I don't see any reason why DNews can't make a video about it just because Veritasium did. I'm a fan of Veritasium and honestly like his videos more than DNews but being critical of DNews making a video on the topic is like being critical of a television news service or newspaper for reporting the on the same event as another station or newspaper.
