For the first ten years or so of chronic pain and multiple spine surgeries I wanted to end my life. My kids and my wife were what kept me from doing it. I, like you, have survived so far. I thank God and My Lord Jesus every day for my life and my family. Still, life never comes without pain. During the covid pandemic when he was unable to find work, my 27-year-old grandson, father of two, took his own life. It's the worst pain I've ever endured. Yes, just because we know Jesus doesn’t mean he runs up and fixes everything with his magic socket wrench. He didn’t get me into most of these messes, and that’s the truth. Hi I'm from India and never heard of Chonda until 2 days back. I stumbled on a interview of her and then yesterday saw the documentary of her life.

Wow what a testimony. The saddest part for me was the fact that she could not be a grand mother to her own grandchild.

And then God picks up the most broken pieces of our lives and redeems us .

This was a very moving story and her comedy was just great. She reminds me of Jeanne Robertson, who passed recently. I hope she and her children reconcile someday, it's so important to all of them.

Nobody knows what it is like until they walk it, but Jesus is our hope and loves us through it all. How precious is your testimony of love and life. I choose happiness through Jesus every day now.
