Airlines should offer child seats for people to use. They could keep a couple in each terminal and move them around as needed

Y’all are actually all crazy, there’s nothing wrong with them bringing the freaking car seat, it doesn’t harm anyone especially because they payed for that airplane seat and we’re clearly sitting next to the toddler so it’s not like it inconvenienced any other passengers. And I’ve seen some comments saying people with young kids shouldn’t travel and how they are so happy they weren’t on the plane, like bro chill, they shouldn’t be not aloud to travel because they have a child, and who knows maybe that child behaved really well on that plane. I really just understand how it was necessary to say rude things because of a video about using a car seat on a plane for safety reasons🤦‍♀️

Car seats are the safest way for children to travel on an air plane. The car seat is installed with the plane's seat belt. Kudos to you for keeping your child as safe in air travel as in the car!

I saw another video like this and I agree that it makes it easier for a toddler to travel from gate to exit on a car seat on trolley than to walk. Toddlers get tired faster than adults having to cover twice the distance but adults can't carry them all the time either. The car seat with trolley is easier to pack and lug than a pram for the same toddler size.

That’s a really good idea. My mom has 6 kids and she’s always avoided flights with a toddler because of the seat situation but this changes everything. I have a 18 month old sister right now. hello Disney world.

I always took my sons car seat flying. Maybe being a former flight attendant made me aware of the possibility of my child becoming a projectile. And if you look waaaayyyy back to the United flight 232 crash in Sioux City you will see why the rules changed. Those FA still deal with the guilt and trauma of instructing parents to put their little children on their feet. Those innocent little babies became projectiles. It was the training at the time. I was taught many years later never to allow this. Purchasing a a seat for your baby is the best thing you can do to protect your child God forbid something happens.

I’m going to the same thing ! My son will be 3 and he will not stay still not even for 5mins ! So him being in the carseat will give me less stress & him being comfortable. PS is just me.
