On 21 November a photo exhibition was installed outside Shell HQ in London to highlight to the company's executives and staff that their policy of drilling in the Arctic is a dangerous gamble that could cause catastrophic damage to the environment.

The show consists of photographic portraits of the Arctic 30 -- the 28 Greenpeace activists and two journalists who are awaiting trial on piracy and hooliganism charges in Russia. It draws attention to Shell and their Russian partner Gazprom's planned joint venture to drill for oil in the Arctic.

Entitled 'Thirty Acts of Courage', the exhibition was officially opened by fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood.
