I would combine a birria and cheesesteak and add tostones and birria beef broth in the sandwhich and a side of the broth to dip.

I'd say make a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches, smash them down just a little to make it more manageable, then slap a couple smash burgers in between them bad boys. Is that a thing already? I'm not sure! I was also super stoned when I watched and immediately came up with this, haha.
