How to fix Facebook You're All Caught Up for Now Error

This may help you fix an error on Facebook that states You're All Caught Up for Now, even when you know that's not true.

It seems pretty obvious to me that this is a facebook problem. I tried logging in on 3 different devices(well 2 devices and 3 oses) in both normal chrome and incognito chrome. I cleared cookies and cache before logging in on each device and still get this error. It seems to happen to me 2 or 3 times a year for the past 4 or 5 years although it used to have a different error message

How am I suppose to fix this issue on the Facebook app on iPhone? I deleted the app and re installed it and still the same issue has occurred….

I temporary fix is clicking on the BLUE f on the top left. Then scroll down to Most Recent and click that. That brings you to the old way of looking at your feed. But it never stays on Most Recent any more - so you have to do it each time.

I did this and it has worked...so far. But it makes sense that it my computer issue, as this issue was only on my iMAC, not on my iPhone.

I had this problem for months. I tried changing devices, clearing caches and data none of them worked. Unfortunately this method does not work for me aswell. Might just give up for now

-->the arrow on the right side,
-->setting & privacy
-->settings
-->Security and Login
-->under- Recommended -->check your important security settings --> view and just want throw it with the next button.
then suddenly "you're all caught up for now" was gone....
and the facebook was ok again.

Just to add to this, it did fix my problem *but* the problem did later return. So this might improve your situation, and that fix could be temporary, permanent, or not at all. Fortunately, it's easy to try, but there may indeed be something going on at Facebook.
