It has taken me from 11 am too 6:12 to have my 7Tpro McLaren phone accept a repair request.
The phone display turned green then later in the day it went to black. I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs to wait for an email for a RMA no. There is no reason I should have an issue. The phone is pristine with NO SCRATCHES; CRACKS or CHIPS. The phone went out of warranty 2!days after the expiration date.
Don’t buy this phone. After dealing with one plus service dept. I doubt I will buy another oneplus phone.
